We are pleased to announce that the Centre for Sexuality will begin our return to the office on August 3, 2021! Our re-opening plan will include a gradual approach of re-introducing some services in August, with a full return planned for September.
We continue to require all staff and visitors at our office to wear masks for the time being. We also ask folks to reschedule their visits if they have any core COVID-19 symptoms.
Effective Tuesday, August 3rd we will offer a return to the following in-person services:
- Counselling Services: We will be open for in-person client counselling services by appointment. We are also still available virtually for those who prefer that service.
- Supplies and Resources: We will be open for walk-ins to get safer sex supplies, period products and resource materials.
- Appointment Only: Pregnancy testing and binder/gaff fittings will be in-person by appointment only in August. Contact our office to inquire.
- STI/HIV Testing for MSM: Our STI/HIV testing service has been successful in its safe return for the past few months and will continue as usual on Wednesdays and Thursdays at our office.
During our re-opening phase, we also continue to offer many of our programs and services through online / remote options. See our previous post for more info on our online training, community programs and other services.
Please continue to watch for further updates in the months ahead, and please contact us with any questions.
